Fixed Monthly Fee
We can offer fixed monthly arrangements starting from SEK 25,000 excluding VAT per month for entrepreneurs, startups, and smaller businesses requiring ongoing legal support. The arrangement functions as an outsourced in-house legal department without unpredictable hourly fees.
Equity Participation and Long-Term Cooperation
Many startups have significant legal needs while initially operating with limited resources. Forsety Legal encourages entrepreneurship and innovation, and can offer legal services without draining the company on cash.
Therefore, in some cases, all or a part of the legal fees are replaced with equity participation in the company. The scope is assessed case by case and typically ranges between 2–10 percent of the company depending on the assignment and other circumstances.
The goal is to create long-term partnerships where legal advice, business understanding, and strategic support contribute to the company’s development over time.

We also undertake clearly defined assignments at a fixed price, including among other things due diligence and the drafting of:
