T.H. Svedlund is the Lead Counsel at Forsety Legal, where he leads the firm’s legal team in advising entrepreneurs, startups, growing companies, and investors throughout Sweden and in their international activities. He provides practical, commercially focused legal guidance that helps clients manage risk, navigate complex legal matters, and pursue growth opportunities with confidence.
Over the course of his career, he has advised on capital formation, IPOs, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and international expansion. His experience spans Sweden, Western Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and China. Svedlund has advised both Chinese companies expanding internationally and Western businesses entering the Chinese market.
Earlier in his career, he also witnessed and worked in Russia and Eastern Europe following the collapse of the Soviet Union, gaining firsthand insight into a period of profound economic and institutional transformation.
His approach combines legal expertise with commercial understanding. By working closely with clients and gaining a thorough understanding of their businesses, he helps founders, business owners, and investors make informed decisions in a rapidly changing business environment. Under his leadership, Forsety Legal focuses on delivering accessible, high-quality legal services tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and growing companies.
In addition to his legal practice, T.H. Svedlund is the author of three books on economics, geopolitics, and public policy.
