As the founder of Forsety Legal, I bring decades of legal, financial, and strategic expertise to every client relationship. My career spans from Swedish business and corporate law to startups and multinational transactions, from seed funding to IPOs, and from domestic to complex cross-border transactions. I have led legal teams from strategy to execution in key global markets, including Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and China.

As Senior General Counsel, I remain deeply hands-on, guiding every matter with precision, clarity, and commercial foresight. Whether navigating public offerings, complex restructurings, or high-stakes negotiations, my focus is simple: deliver trusted, business-focused results.

Legal, Strategic, and Capital Markets Expertise

In addition to being an expert on Swedish corporate and business laws, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and corporations to raise capital and conduct Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on major international stock exchanges. To date, I have advised on over 30 cross-border IPOs across Nasdaq, NYSE, London, Toronto, and Sydney, raising hundreds of millions in equity. I also have deep experience in M&A, corporate governance, contract law, tort law, government approvals, and dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.

Beyond transactions, I serve as a strategic legal adviser to executives, board members, investors, fellow legal professionals, and government officials. I am often called upon before major investment decisions to provide analytical risk guidance and structural insight.

I am also contracted as Senior General Counsel to various financial institutions in Europe and Asia.
